He was born in Ankara in May 25, 1968. After being graduated from Ankara Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School and Gazi University Hospitality Management, he completed his management training at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof, Frankfurt – Germany. He served in different departments in Hilton Istanbul, Altınel Ankara and Hilton Ankara. He worked as Dedeman Hotels Regional Director between 1990 and 2010, than he joined Bayraktar Group (Via GYO). After acting as Bayraktar Group’s Chief Executive Officer, he became Tavros Investment Holding’s Board Member and Chief Executive Officer in 2014. He has produced and leaded successful projects in cooperation with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Wyndham Hotel Group, Dedeman Hotels & Resorts, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) while he was acting as a senior manager.
In 2015, he established TD Hospitality Consulting Consultancy Company and now provides solution partnership services to hotel and tourism investors.
Doskaya is a member of Turkish – American Business Association.

Halil Kibar

Halil Kibar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He is the author of the academic publication “Valuation of the Fair Value of Shares.” He began his career at Güreli Certified Public Accountants, gaining experience in taxation, capital markets, and financial audits. In later stages of his career, he held senior executive positions including CFO, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager in leading companies across the manufacturing, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with prominent brands such as Bakertilly Güreli CPA, Martı Hotels, The Marmara Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa, and Crowne Plaza Istanbul Asia. Since 2019, Halil Kibar has been part of TD Hospitality Consulting, contributing to hospitality and real estate development projects as a Senior Consultant.

Kevin T. McIntyre

He was born in Manchester, Unites Kingdom in February 20, 1965. He studied and graduated from Croydon College followed by Salford College (University) of Cake, Bread and Confectionary School between 1985 and 1994.
In 1986, he began his professional career in the Hilton Hotel in London, and he was Pastry Chef and Chef de Cuisine in Hyatt, Westin, Crown Plaza, Sheraton and Steigenberger hotels. He was located in ten countries including Unites Kingdom, Guam, Israel, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Bulgaria, South Cyprus and Turkey. Since 2014, he is the general manager of Le Bateau Al Mana Gourmet Food CO. W.L.L Bahrain.
In 2015, he took part in establishing TD Hospitality Consulting and currently serves as Senior Consultant.
